Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Always on her mobile and needing to leave ever few minutes! What a waste of money!!!

So I booked a Groupon voucher, like many others here, but didn't find it as bad as everyone makes out. I called and left a message and received a call back about 10 mins later. Made an appointment without any issues. I booked a micro with photorejuvenation. It was a quick 30 min session. 15 minutes for the micro and 15 mins for giant light. Considering what I paid, I got what I expected. Services are cheaper here. The age old saying of 'you get what you pay for' is true. I left happy with my service and my skin feeling so soft and wonderful. I would return again for the price I paid.

It took me a couple of weeks to get through to staff on the one mobile number provided to book an appointment after purchasing a voucher on groupon. The 'salon' was dirty and could do with an upgrade. The treatment was rushed, not thorough and unprofessional. The products were cheap and I couldn't wait to go home and wash my face. It was a waste of money as I won't be going back for the further treatments I purchased as part of the deal.

Appaling Customer service. I bought a Groupn coupon for microderm. Troy the owner ws uncontactabe, slow to respond and unproffessional. I booked and showed up for appt against my better jusdgement and the dirty little salon was closed, with a peice of dirty bandaid on the front door saying back in 10 mins.
I called and called and she eventaully responded with a pathetic excuse, I had travelled 50klms for the appt. By this stage, I would never go in that salon it was DIRTY so DIRTY, and then groupon didnt want to refund me in full only a credit... Dont do it!
I found a great little salon around the corner called clean skin clinic, professional and fast. Bottom line...Dont do i!

Very poor customer service..they don't respond to calls or e-mails. Total waste of money
