Our years of experience allow us to design a wide variety of exercise and coaching options. Results orientated three month programs allow you to mix and match any two sessions within a week to suit your goals lifestyle and budget.

Body Benefits Studio and Philosophy
We believe regular exercise should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience and have designed our studio and sessions to reflect this philosophy.

Body Benefits is a small private studio that is flooded with natural light and fresh air. The studio has been specifically designed to calm the mind, energise the body and nurture the soul.

Lizzie the owner has been working as a Pilates Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach for the past 16 years. She is a friendly, supportive and motivating instructor who combines her exercise and coaching skills to help her clients stay motivated, lose weight, tone up and get fit.

Body Benefits is conveniently located at 736 Darling Street, Rozelle opposite Essential Ingredient with plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets.
