I would, and have recommended this Salon to all my friends and Family that are now customers

so my understanding of these bad reviews is that maybe these people are not happy with themselves rather than the cut or colour, facial, ect,

I have experianced some very rude customers , whilst in the salon , that have appalled me with their attitude, but these sort of customers are every where trying to get a free facial or hair cut /colour
I will continue giving this salon a five star at every opportunity.

I'm very disappointed to say this but I had the worst experience here and would never recommend this place to anyone! I went in to get my eyebrows and side of my face waxed and (after waiting for 30 mins after my appointment time) was told by the lady that she couldn't do waxing for eyebrows. As I result I got them threaded, but I was very furious that they weren't even able to do what I asked for. But the worst part of all, when she was waxing the sides of my face the wax was first too hot and was burning my skin, and secondly she wasn't pulling with the correct technique resulting in heavy bleeding on my face. She then asked me to hold my face taut (which any professional waxing place would do themselves), resulting in my getting wax all over my hands. I had worst experience here. They literally screwed my hair. After hair cut I went home and checked in mirror, found that both sides are not equally cut, in fact one side, they shaved on top of ear more than required. I took couple of days off to work.

Other thing is, there is no bell at reception to call staff when there is no one is available at front.

I feel they are busy in making money than perfection. Sorry guys.

I can say this with confidence as i know all the staff are very well equipped with their knowledge and are experts in their field.
