Spent over $1k with no results and prices that changed every visit. When asked to see standard prices was shown a confusing piece of paper and given no real answer. Pressured into buying overpriced products e.g. sunscreen and after consulting other clinics I found that my fortnightly appointments were far too frequent for laser hair removal and half of them would have been ineffective. Save your money and visit a qualified doctor. May it also be seen that the 'Annette Spanski' 5 star reviewer below is Facebook friends with the owner of the business.

Unfortunately, it was an exceptionally bad experience for me. After suffering through a number of insults about my body during the treatment, I was then told I had to fork out for for additional extras, including a so-called "membership". This was apparently compulsory, even though after such poor treatment I do not plan on ever returning. Upon leaving I was told that I was so fortunate to be receiving the treatment at the regular price, since I'm "such a big girl". I'm a size 10. When I queried about the extra costs, the aesthetician answered me with the tone of a playground bully, rather than a woman of 60+ years. I left feeling vilified and humiliated.

I went and had Skin Rejuvenation with Jennifer and it was the best one that I have ever had, and I will tell you why . I truely felt save in the experinced hands of Jennifer Laurens, the results are amazing ,my sun spots have faded and after two weeks my skin feels smoother & slightly plumper. I am looking forward to my second session.
