Useless, we have just fired them so avoid them with like the plague. Where do I start, well they take the fees but don't deliver. Examples below:
Our Unit Complex had a front fence unstable due to trees. BCSG knew about it, we have e-mails of the various property managers in the township's Real Estate warning them of it. I was warning of it and others were as well. BCSG did nothing and the fence collapsed and still did nothing for a further 3 months till the council was tipped off who the OC manager was and issued a notice of rectification. BCSG then engaged PSD Plumbing to do a quote, I organised 2 quotes and my property manager organised a third at half the cost of the PSD Plumbing quote.
