years ago this place was great, but not any more - the place is dirty and always wet and damp from all the kids swimming classes. I had to chase Admin for two weeks just to sign up, the trainers just assign everyone the same program by rote.
Tried all the gyms in the Bondi area, Body Express is the only one where you can easily park, good equipment, no pushy sales people, genuine instruction and a fantastic pool. Highly recommend and over the last three months quietly lost five kilo at Body Express.
