I had the MOST disappointing review at this highly over rated business . With respect suggest avoiding this business at all costs . Customer Service is zero and the service provided mediocre at best compared to other like businesses in the area . When you pay TOP dollar you expect TOP service , alas , service a 2/10 at best .i attempted to reschedule a 1,30 pm appointment at 8:30 am on the day it was booked via phone and email as my son was in the emergency section of RMH after a car accident . They refused point blank and referred me to the onerous Ts & Cs . I foolishly thought some compassion or common sense might prevail . Again alas . I didn’t have 24 hours notice of my sons impending car crash . There solution was for me to ring a friend and get him or her to have the facial . I explained again that as my son was in a critical condition in Rmergency that the facial was currently not on my priority list . I had a nice pregnancy massage at Body Freedom Urban Spa - even asked my Dad to buy me a voucher for another for my birthday. However I have since had a very negative experience and would not recommend this business.

I booked in the subsequent massage for 3pm at 38weeks pregnant. At 10:30am on the day of the booking I got a call from my 2yo's daycare saying she was sick & had to be collected immediately. The spa were my first call after this. On explaining why I needed to reschedule I was instantly reminded of their 24 cancellation policy where they would charge me 50% of the treatment cost. I had a good experience with the massage, facial and products used. I thought the spa looked a bit tired and dated although the staff is lovely. Prices are average to high for the industry but little extras like champagne or mineral water help you relax. It's a relaxing, pampering experience.
