We have Beginner and Intermediate Classes. We are passionate about supporting you to take care of your body, for all ages and fitness levels. Pilates compliments all forms of sport and exercise, by stretching and strengthening you whole body.

We specialise in supporting mothers regain their strength after childbirth and also provide home visits for them. We also stock Pilates equipment for use home. We are located in a Private Air-conditioned studio in Erina. We also provide Work Site classes.
