Body Mechanics has been created to take the Health and Fitness industry to the next level of excellence.

Our Mission is to "improve the quality of life for all of our clients through effective, efficient and functional training, that will enable them to
perform daily tasks at an optimum level, free of pain and injury".

Through research and experience, we have come to realise that conventional training (machine based exercises) create imbalances in the body. These imbalances can be muscular, hormonal or molecular and can be what prevents us from being able to loose weight, have a good night sleep, causes injuries and illnesses and more.
At Body Mechanics, we aim to help you bring your body back into alignment, through specially designed programs specific to the imbalances that have been developed in your
