Body Perfect Smash Repairs

I want to start off by saying, I only brought my car there as my friend works there and he highly recommended this place. I also recommended another one of my friends to take her car there as she got into a bad accident. It's been two months and we still haven't received our cars yet. I called up for ETA's, only to receive false ETA's, I call them to double check if my car will ready at the date that was provided, they tell me that it wont be as there's more parts that needs to be ordered and yet I don't get any phone calls about new information like this.

Was advised parts are coming in 4/07/2016 but they are delayed to 08/07/2016 and yet no phone call was given to update on the delay. I have to chase it up ...read more

I had a van repaired by Body Perfect Bankstown that was sideswiped. I had high expectations of this place (as the name would suggest). My wife picked the car when it was ready. The car was covered in red crayon circles on collection. She was told they were drawn on the car to determine which scratches they would not fix as they were probably not related to the crash. Most people who I have spoken with have told me their smash repairer usually touches up any scratches near the repaired area whilst doing the job and these people did not, I was disappointed but thought fair enough. However they could of at least cleaned all their crayon marks of my vehicle and maybe detailed it!!! After receiving the vehicle we realized the side sliding door would not close properly. Returned the vehicle and they told us it was because the door seal was new and would settle in time. I have now realized it was the wrong seal and it is coming off as a result.
