I called the Fountain Gate clinic to get a quote for a manicure and pedicure and was quoted $55 for both. I got there, and was charged $110! I said to the girl I was quoted $554 for both and she said yes, both are $55 so that's each! I said I wasn't happy and she suggested to contact the manager the next morning. I called today and was directed to the Berwick Salon to speak to the manager. She said they would never do both for that price. I explained how frustrated I was and she said "I don't know what you expect me to do about it?" Not only is the manicure not a terrible job (I figured for $55 I wasn't going to complain but for double that I expect a professional job) but thier customer service is appauling! I would not reccommend this clinic and am very unhappy with the overall service.
