Today I had my first Bowen Treatment for a while, as I myself have a busy lifestyle.
I was pretty sore all over my body.
Especially my hamstrings.
I have been out jogging a lot over the last few weeks, & also a sore shoulder due to an injury last year ice skating.
Having looked up True Local I had come across BodyStart Bowen.
So grateful to get back to having Bowen Therapy on a more regular basis to look after ones aches & pains & having more of a Quilty of life.
This evening I’m feeling great & my Hamstrings / Shoulder feel better & not so restricted.
