I specialise in Hoffman relaxation, an intuitive system which incorporates many techniques from the relaxing styles of Swedish, through to technical, reparative techniques, incorporating elements of Bowen Therapy and into the more intense styles of Sports and Deep Tissue relaxation. The Hoffman system is based on unlocking blockages which may be trapped in the body's anatomy trains, and opening up the body's natural energy flow to promote the body's natural self-healing mechanisms.
