Clinical Pilates: equipment based clinical pilates designed to address your specific injuries or biomechanical abnormalities. It addresses specific goals and we look at the way you are moving in relation to what is required for your sport or functional needs.

Physiotherapy: personalised passive physiotherapy management dealing with acute injuries, to decrease pain and get you moving again.
