They change manages about every 6 months. They had been looking after our property for 7 years and they let the tenents run it like they own it. They have made permanite changes to the property let them get behind in water bills. The staff keep changing so no one knows about changes made to the property. The let the people run a business from the house without tell us which affects the building insurance. One dog and one cat on the lease, which said permission needed to replace animals now two dogs and Boettcher does not know when it happened asstaff keep changing. We have found a new real estate agent glad to get away from Boettcher.

This is an absolutely awful Real Estate Agent. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with them! They are very disorganised and every interaction with them is painful.
