Apparently this pub has some historical significance about it, especially since there is a sign pointing to it from the main road (with the words 'Historical Pub' next to its name). As a pub it is your typical country Australian pub with the patrons to boot. They have a nice restaurant, and the characters are all quite jovial. There is even a nice outdoor area as well as a deck (though a part of it was still under construction). Apparently the historical significance of the pub is that it used to be the local watering hole for a police officer (whom I have never heard of by the way, but that is beside the point). Still, it is one of those places that is suitably out of the way in a small village that hardly has any traffic except of course of the tourists that decided to come down here upon seeing the sign.
