Went to find an obscure screw for my chainsaw, and it was in stock! Then found I'd lost the top hat bushing as well, and that wasn't in stock. Spare parts guy went out back and found a 'wrecked' saw like mine, retrieved the bushing, and fitted it up to go. Cost me a whole three bucks, and he gave me a huge grin and wished me a good day.
You just can't get service like that in most places. Well done, and thanks, you super special spare parts guy!

My father engaged them to have a belt replaced on his mower. He was led to believe that it was under warranty where as the work actually done was not. The belt was replaced but unnecessary work like straightening the drive plate (that's meant to be bent) tightening bolts etc were all added charges including delivery which was offered under warranty but charged for. All in all a very unsatisfactory visit.

Staff can be quite rude and unhelpful here. Prices are usually on the more expensive side and on several occasions felt patronized going in here on my own.
