Bombay Beef (coconut based sauce), Lamb Korma (peanut based sauce) and Butter Chicken (tomato based sauce) looked so irresistable in the bain-marie i opted for the 3 choice meat with rice combo. Depends what you like but next im going all Lamb baby. So succulent and tender was this dish and enhanced by the fresh garlic cheese naan
With so many international food options available in Central Park shopping centre, Bombay Central accentuates it a little bit more with its authentic Indian cuisine offerings at level two food court.
Bombay Central occupies an island shop located in the middle of the spacious food court seating area, overlooking the backyard skyline of the suburb. The shop was clean and the staff was quite attentive and was really prompt in delivering orders.
Slightly at a premium (as so do other food retailers in the centre), $8 gives you a plate of rice with one curry of your choice straight from the food bar (this was during my visit a few weeks ago), and obviously more as you up-size. I tried the butter chicken dish and it has the original taste and very full flavoured with no holds barred. The serving size was also quite reasonable, so this shop is now in my list for when I go to Central Park in the near future.
