I've been getting food from here over the last few years, and while I've had some Inadequate experiences in the past (very little meat in the dishes, etc), a new owner named Robbie has recently taken over, and made a great deal of changes for the better. I hope some other people who have had bad experiences in the past will give the new staff and owner a chance.
Be warned DO NOT GO!!! Will never ever go back. Bought coupon from Groupon. When we got there we had to wait 15mins b4 we were seated as the staff couldn\'t verify the barcode scan, made us feel like we were scamming them with. Charged $21 for 2 small bowls of rice. The staff was very rude & argumentative. Was told that we were not allowed to order next plate till all gravy was finished. Meals came with 4 bits of meat & half a litre or gravy. When we disputed the charge of the rice they said we were lucky we weren\'t being charged a fee for the leftover gravy on the second serve. Food was disgusting and was probably served from a can. Entre was burnt and dry. Very disappointed. Restaurant was empty the whole time we were there on a Sat night, now we know why
I have never been to such a horrible place. The food is horrible.
This was the worst quality of food I have ever had, which I had to leave in the plates and walked off. The management was not even obliged to say sorry for such a deal.
First, when we called up they said the restaurant is full and there is no space, however with great difficulty when we managed to get the place we noticed there is no one in the restaurant and it was empty till we were there until 8.30 pm. The intention was to say no as they already sold the deal and now they are not obliged to serve food.
Another disappointment is the behavior and food quality.
Finally, we walked off from the place empty bellies and had to go some other food joint.
The worst part of our Gold Coast Trip!
My partner and I decided to treat ourselves to a rare night eating out. We chose Bombay Masala in Nerang because we both love Indian food and the restaurant had a couple good reviews on this site below.

We had the same issue with the Restaurant. We bought the deal on Group on but extremely disappointed after reaching there. Earlier we were told the restaurant is completely booked therefore we could not use our voucher. We we reached there there was no one in the restaurant for next 45 minutes except us....especially when we visited to gold coast from Sydney..
We went there with a Groupon voucher, very disappointed with quality of food and the restrictions they had placed on the offer. You are not allowed to order from the normal menu, only from a handwritten menu with about 6-8 different curries. This condition was not even listed in Groupon site. You can only choose 2 curries first. The 2 curries came, there were approx 6 pcs of meat and lots and lots of sauce!! It didn't even taste good. The naan bread was not even naan bread. We left after that and we will never go back there again!!
