Bon Voyage

Terrible service. Brought my bag in for repair. Quoted $50-60 and 1 week turnaround time.
After 3 weeks job still not done, no communication, constantly chasing. Then finally sms to say it was ready, $100! All kind of excuses etc. Never again.

Fantastic Service Both during the initial sale and after sale service. I do a lot of traveling with heavy items. The suitcase they recommended for me has lasted for over 8 years of punishment. The handle broke the other day so i thought i would go down and replace it. When i told the shop assistant what happened he asked me to bring it in. He took one look at it and said he could fix it and the best part is it was free of charge due to the warranty on the suitcase that he had suggested. Would never go anywhere else.

Will not price match over phone and did not want to help over phone. I got the impression they just want to serve in store customers only.
