AWFUL.....very bad company to deal with disorganised. They had over a month to view the job, and provided a fixed quote. Two days before the clean I receive a phone call informing me the price may go up. Spoke to the Manager as I was unhappy, persuaded not to cancel and told there would be no increase. Believed they had cleaned the place Friday as planned then found out they hadn't done anything as they couldn't get hold of me regarding a question about leaves. I have to fly back to Site and can't wait another two days to see if they actually decide to do the clean now using my time of to do there job. They havent even given me time to organise anything else. This has been a highly stressful process. I would never use these people and I certainly would not recommend them.
I booked for them to clean the property 2 days before handing back to the agent. They quoted me over the phone, I organised for the job 2 months before I move house. We had agreed to a fix price of $448 to get a 3 bedroom, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom house clean. Job was booked on 12 Nov and I had to hand back the house on 13 Nov. The guy from bond back cleaning came on 12 Nov afternoon and advised me that they wouldn't clean the house as it was too dirty. I was so panicked and stressed out because I had to hand back the house the next day. Then they told me they can clean it but there is not guarantee we will get our bond back completely and they are not responsible. What a b******t, on their website they advertised how good they are and this is what happen on the day. I end up asking my friends and uncle to clean the house and it took us 4.5 hour. I would never recommend bond back cleaning
