Same as the previous review, they provided quotes and then emailed regarding an emergency, tried to re-schedule and then they never showed up. Submitted a case with Police unlikely to see money again, $506 gone plus money out of our bond for additional cleaning service.
I received a quote from bond-cleaners of $484 for an end-of-lease clean which I considered reasonable and sent the money via bank. The appointment was booked for Monday morning. On Monday morning I received an e-mail saying there had been an emergency and that they couldn't come, I said this was unacceptable as it was my last day in the house. Several emails went unanswered and no phone number is listed on their website (I later rang a number that registered the website) but was told they had no clue and was hung up on.
After 3 emails went unanswered I received a reply at 7pm ignoring my demand for refund and told they would be there at 9am the following day. Again, they did not show.
I am currently preparing a legal case.

Same thing happened to us in October, we've submitted a case.
We've since received an email back from them offering a refund minus a cancellation fee which, of course we did not cancel...
But we are cautious of providing them with any more details
We didn't receive that offer so not sure what the best move is there. We have reported them to the ACCC. If they receive enough reports they will also begin legal action so could be a good move
