We are also fully registered security license holders which all locksmiths and associated security technicians must now obtain since the introduction of the license in 2006.

I had a dreadful experience with these guys. My daughter has just got her driving license, so I went to get a spare key cut for our Hyundai Getz. The two options available were to pay $130 for a key without remote function, or $260 for a key with remote function. I decided to give my daughter my existing key and use the new key myself, and I decided I could do without remote central locking.
The new key seemed to work when tested, but then subsequently it kept setting off the car alarm when the door was opened, and would refuse to start the car. I took it back to Bond and was informed that if the car door was locked via a key with remote, the new key would always set off the alarm and not start the car. I ...read more
Used Bond for a new security door for my front door. I could not fault the service from the initial response to my email enquiry through to the final installation of my made to measure door. They are a first rate local company. It is incredibly refreshing to experience such great customer service.
Excellent local business. They sourced me a replacement car key when the manufacturer clearly felt it was all too hard. Professional, helpful and transparent throughout. Its what i would call good old fashioned customer service. Would recommend them without hesitation.
Pete,came and put a lock on our pantry quick and efficient and very reasonably priced. Pete put 3 key coded locks on our door approx 6 years ago still working well.
