Absolute rip off this place.... The manager or owner is total scammer , rude. Took my car there last minute for a pink slip . It passed at my local mechanic a few days before all but new front tyres . I got new tyres and then took it to this place for pink slip as I couldn’t make it back in time to my local for rego . Got a call not long after saying i need new break pads, oil leaks , and headlights, I questioned
This based on previous test done which past all but new tyres . I agreed on a degrease to pass the test and nothing else . No prices was given to me on the phone for other work or break pads, new gloves . I Rang up next day to collect and pay to a surprise it was $506. I took my car here for a second opinion & pink slip after being told by a mechanic aroud the corner that all four of my tyres needed replacing. I was sleptical as two tyres were only two years old. They were far more pleasant to deal with than the first place and told me only one tyre needed replacing. The woman on the front desk was lovely to deal with and I would recommend them.

Absolutely terrible. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. Unbelievably unfriendly and grumpy staff.



I had a stereo which I provided installed in my car there not too long ago. All seemed fine until the first rainy day after I had the service done. They must have rewired the rear wiper wrong when they were wiring the speakers because I lost the intermittent function and it no longer went back to its original position ...read more

Terrible. Rude. Zero customer service.



They seemed OK at first but their $500 "service" of my car caused a problem and when I went back there to ask they take a look at it, they became rude and unhelpful. They couldn't fix the problem they caused and now I have to take it somewhere else to be repaired.

I will never go back and I'll be telling my friends not to waste their money here.

I took my boat trailer there for rego inspection. I left the trailer there and got the blue slip (plus new lights at a pretty steep price). Next day I spend 2 hours getting to and from the RTA and being unsuccessful with the rego as the garage put the wrong VIN number on the paperwork. When I told them this they were SUPER RUDE, hung up on me and then made me wait 2 hours until they returned from lunch to get the paperwork fixed. When you pay someone $100 an hour for their labor and they have no concern in wasting your time you have to think twice about using them again. Never again for this consumer, I would rather deal with people who value their customers.
