Probably the worst real estate agents you can come across. We've been renting with these guys for years and I don't even know what they actually do in the office, as they just simply do not want to help anyone out. The amount of times I have complained about the leak and the mold (we have mushroom growing out of the ceiling, that should already be a warning sign) and everything that a real estate should be alerted to get it fixed, but they just turned around and told me to "just move if you don't like it there". That was the solution they gave me when they could not be bothered fixing the leak. When we threatened to take them up to the board for refusing to fix ANYTHING in the house, we finally got our attention....or so we thought. This happened a year ago, we are still waiting for anything to get fixed. So if you are thinking of renting a place out with these guys, just don't. They are the biggest waste of time.
