I had been in Sydney for a few days on a business trip from Hong Kong when my laptop just broke and starting doing wierd things. Called Jamie after the concierge looked online for someone to help me and Jamie was at my Hotel within an hour, handed him the laptop while I went out for dinner and he returned it that same night running perfectly.

These guys fixed my laptop wicked fast. I was desperate as had to fly out the next day to Perth for work They picked it up that afternoon and had it back to me late in the evening cleaned up and running a whole lot faster. No nasty bugs popping up on my internet anymore! Great service.
