Mid 2011, I asked Bone Dry to fit my new kitchen mixer unit and replace a couple of ceramic disc taps in the bathroom. The kitchen was easy but I had ppurchased the wong ceramic discs. Bone Dry just replaced everything in the Bathroom and everything was working. The amount they charged was extremely reasonable.
They quoted me a fixed price and then tried to almost triple the price for a simple job. Telling me that they had to do more work than was required. After checking with Sydney Water I realised I was in the right and they had no right to try and charge me more than initially stated.
