I would like to thank Mark and his family for the service they provided 6th October, 2007. We held a Commitment of Life Ceremony at our home, which due to illness, was organised in three weeks. I rang Mark with less than three weeks notice. Mark advised me that he had seven bookings for that day but still accepted by booking, which put a great demand on himself and his family. Mark your friendly and professional phone manner made me feel confident that nothing had been left undone. With your guidance I knew that all aspects of catering for the occassion had been adressed. You arrived at our home exactly at the time agreed, the food you provided was second to none. We had fifty guests, some of whom returned to refill their plates three times.
