They broke my car handle and made an additional copy without my authorization. When I contacted them, they blocked me.

This place absolutely destroyed my $3,000 watch.
Do not trust them with anything you actually care about.

My father got quoted a price by Bonnyrigg Locksmiths for a remote key for his Ford Territory after finding an ad on facebook. When he turned up after driving for an hour to get there, he was told it wasnt $80, but $400 and would take 2 hours to complete. They quote low prices and then try and con older people into paying. Have reported to department of fair trading for misleading advertising and dishonest business practice.

Worst mobile locksmith ever. First off - He was one hour late. Secondly - He said it would cost $200 to make a key that can start my car but he would need to pull apart the dash/ignition part of my car. I agreed with the proficiency that he would put it all back together. He did not. He left my car with wires and screws all over the place and charged me $70 for a key that can't even start my car. Absolutely pathetic. Disgusting customer service and poor skills in their prompted profession. I definitley would not reccommend this place.

I had three small keys for petrol and glovebox made, for my family member's ute, non of them work. I returned with keys and receipt, thinking there would be no problems with getting my $15 back. The woman that made the keys three days previously refused to return my money. I was shocked. I asked again for my money, showing receipt and keys. She laughed at me in an underhanded, sarcastic way, saying no. I asked her "whats so funny?" Her response was with continued laughter! She is so rude. Her husband refused to give me back my money, even while he was telling me, he wont give me back my money, she continued laughing sarcastically. Me wanting my money back for useless keys is not a laughing matter, I am entitled to a refund. I will NEVER do business with them again, neither will any of my family. I suggest no one else do business with them.
