Had them complete a settlement for us and bills that were meant to be sorted at settlement were not . We now keep receiving bills from the property and have been trying to contact Bonzi for over 2 months and have not got a response from them. Shocking work
Never uses this conveyancing. They never respond emails or phone calls, they don't have any receptionist. They attend settlement without sorting out bills, then a few months later, bills from vendor will come unpaid and there is no way to contact them. They don't even organize settlement in advance, they rang me the day of settlement, just a hour before, to tell me that I have to prepare a cheque for vendor, which I was unable to do so. Thanks to the vendor, that we change the settlement date without any penalty. Currently, Consumer Affairs is aware of my case, if you have a similar problem, it would be good if you speak with them too.
