Couples Latin Dance

Dancing together is a great way to connect with your partner and add more spark to your relationship. Enjoy a weekly dancing date night in a Couples Latin Dance course, where is no changing of partners. You will be able to quickly build your confidence on the dance floor as you dance with someone you know and are comfortable with. We specialise in beginner couples, so you don't need to worry about needing previous dance experience.

BoogieFit Solo Latin Dance

Want to get boogie-licious with real Latin dance moves? You can get sassy with Salsa, move your hips to Bachata and feel the rhythm with Cha Cha. Embrace the Latin groove without the need for a partner as you learn Latin dance steps and choreography to challenge your mind and body.

Zumba Gold Fitness

Shake it at your own pace to zesty Latin tunes, spicy Indian tracks and more. Zumba Gold Fitness is a low-intensity version of the regular Zumba Fitness class and offers low-impact and easy-to-follow moves. Ideal for anyone wanting a fun, simple and low-impact fitness class, including older active adults and low fitness participants.

Private Lessons

Interested in having a Latin dance class in your own home? We offer Private Lessons for couples and groups where we come to you. From wedding dances to hen's parties - or just for fun, you can create your own dance experience the way you want it.
