Book Warehouse Settlement City

The staff are useless. I called today before making a trip in and asked if they had Book 2 of Dance with Dragons (After the Feast) in stock. The person who answered my call spoke to me like an idiot. "No no no no no no no. You have to buy the book as a whole, dance with dragons doesn't come in two parts (silence)." Then I told staff I bought the first half already on my kobo but left it at home (I'm on holidays here) so why couldn't I buy the second half hard copy? Staff said "that's just how it is you can't buy it in two parts".

Useless. Who hires staff that don't know anything about popular book series.

Thanks for your help though- I wouldn't waste my time shopping there so I suppose I should be grateful.
