Accidentally ordered wrong edition of book, had online chat (and called just to be safe) to explain situation and was refunded near instantly. Thank you!

Book never arrived. They promised to follow up and get back to me, never heard back and they ignored later emails. Not recommended.

I am still waiting for the delivery of a book that I ordered on the 5th of August.

I am absolutely appalled by this service. When I ordered the book, there was no information under this book stating that it may take up to 4weeks to deliver. If this information was clearly visible, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. When I received the email that it would take so long, I contacted BookFound and tried to cancel the order, so that I could get the book elsewhere.

They refused to cancel the order, stating that the book was ordered from overseas, but that the delivery period usually takes less than the 4 weeks.

I am a student and I have waited 4.5 weeks for this book. By the time it arrives, I would have completed my 6 week course.

Do NOT buy from Book Found, cheaper is not always cheaper, you pay for it by waiting decades for your delivery!

Very disappointed and disgruntled customer.
