Booran Holden

Don't ever buy from Dandenong Booran Holden. I got one of those ten year manufacture warantee. My thermostat broke and my car kept overheating, they told me there was nothing wrong with it. Eventually after two months of begging them to fix it, I went somewhere else and immediately fix.

Be careful guys of Dandenong Booran Holden, when putting a deposit. They will promise you, it will be refunded if your finance rejected, but they not going to return your deposit. I lost my deposit there.

called up holden spare parts had one simple question I wanted to upgrade the seats in my car they don't even know the measurements of there car parts they say to me I wouldent know you would have to try yourself.

Bought a used car there recently and the sales person came out with a "promise sheet" to fix items before paying and collecting the car, so came back next round and found out 70% of items were met the rest said to be fix soon. Will wait for that to come and update if they really said they will deliver the remaining "unfix" items. I would give it an average rating. Wasn't really happy with the finance management that tell you what to do and they don't give an update over the deposit payment sheet. Be careful to bring a checklist with you when dealing with them and make sure everything is in writing and stamped and signed with their company Abn. This will help the ombudsman representative to follow up with their ethnic of works should they denied anything in your list and give you dramas when finalizing sales.

Loooking for a used car for my daughter and walked into Booran Holden. Expecting the usual dialogue with the salesman ,I was pleasantly surprised by the way we were treated, none of the usual--better hurry up someone else wants to buy it..etc etc. The wife and my daughter were actually treated as equals, and not ignorant females. Questions asked by the ladies were answered promptly, and information added in a polite and helpful manner. Good on you Booran Holden, for treating my family as human beings and not as no-brainer piggy banks who are of the opposite sex. I will certainly will make sure you are 1st on my list for when we buy the next car. Regards Jacko
