I'm very happy with my doctor here and she has particularly mentioned that she trusts also in her colleges. What irritates me is the main reception staff, who I've found to be unfriendly on more than one occasion now. Reception 101 is to acknowledge when a person approaches your desk to let them know if you will take a minute to attend to them. This does not happen and no warmth is conveyed when one is served. This follows on from my last visit many months prior when I was berated for taking too long in a consultation, although I was paying for a long visit. When my credit card wouldn't work in their machine they made me feel like I must not have the money on it, despite the card never having troubles before or since. They denied that it could be their machine or terminal connection problems. This was difficult and I was lucky to have another bank's card which worked fine. I love my doctor here. Overall service is very poor. In order to get test results you can only ring the service between 1pm and 3pm to speak with a staff. That is, if you can get to the staff. After ringing several times (only to get voicemail) my time was up and I was lefrt anxiously wondering if my results were positive, and I should start the medication prescribed, or negative and I shouldn't. If you want to discuss test results you have to make another appointment and pay for it. I've just found another service where you're required to see the doctor in order to get test results, BUT - they bulk bill that appointment! I'm switching immediately!
