Occupying one of the spaces at the lower ground food court of Queen Plaza in Brisbane CBD, this particular Boost Juice is quite lacklustre. Despite still hours away from its closing time, the shop looks like it is ready to close up shop.
It was therefore not surprising that during my visit on that Sunday afternoon there seems to be no activity at the shop. Luckily one of the staff was quite responsive and attended my order as soon as I've arrived. But it wasn't all fun and games, as she had to make up a fuss over a promotion that I have been using throughout a lot of other Boost Juice stores in town and across the state. She refused to proceed with the order until I did exactly what she asked me to do. I wasn't particularly impressed by this kind of service. And the drink turned up quite average too.
Great for a cool down in summer. Also great when they have their birthday promotions for free drinks. Did have one bad experience when my smoothie was very runny and poorly made but can be forgiven for a once off. More staff during business hours would be extremely useful.
