This company has given me a lot of trouble - offering to support my business through publishing advertisments in their magazine but it's just caused headaches and unwanted stress. I found the service to be quite rude and hasty - making me agree to things over the phone (most of their business is done over the phone, which is quite suspicious). There were a number of miscommunications dealing with this company resulting in them placing an unwanted ad for my business in their magazine (that I didn't even approve of) and then continued to charge me a bill for their terrible service.
they call you to see if you'd like to sponsor their book, you say no, and they still charge you and then send debt collectors to take the money off you. do not trust this company, even though they do work for our police and so forth. the say they sent you emails and it must of been in your junk mail, but we still have to charge you for the advert, even though you have said on all occasions NO. they need to be dealt with.
I was called on numerous occasions by a staff who was saying that she was the debt collector and gave me a week to pay the amount and if i don't go ahead with it, they will take me to court and face fines and get a cross against my name and i won't be able to borrow money ever again, and i won't be able to get any type of credit. I told her where to go in a very rude way and said to her that it will never happen as I've always paid my bills before due dates, always paying my loan on time and so forth. She got really rude and i hung up on her. She said in a txt that she will sue me and i told i will see her in court. I then recieved a phone call from the publishers saying they've dropped the fee. I got them to email me everything writing.
