Birth can be very emotional, physically and mentally challenging. Learning how to work with the natural rhythms of your body will enhance your birthing experience for yourself, your partner and just as importantly your baby.

Born2Birth classes are intimate with just 3-4 couples in attendance. Your birth partner is encouraged to play an active role in the preparation for and during your babies birth.

What is Hypnobirthing
HypnoBirthing? is as much a philosophy of birth as it is a technique for achieving a satisfying, relaxing, and stress-free birth. It is based on the belief that all babies should come into the world in a calm, peaceful loving environment.

Through a very simple program of self-hypnosis (deep relaxation), women learn to release emotions tied to fear-based stories and misinformation, and they are helped to see birth as a normal, natural and healthy life experience.

Women learn to trust that their bodies know how to bring their babies into the world in a calm and gentle way ~ as nature intended it.
