I went to a lovely breakfast/ high tea morning event at this lovely function centre. It's an elegant old house ( park in the council car park near by, Bridgepoint, two hours free). The food and service were elegant and contemporary. Tea tastes fantastic when served in china cups, thank you for making my day!
I honestly never ever knew that this place existed which is unbelievable as it is so striking beautiful. Boronia House is right on Military Road amid the busy shopping streets and it looks so out of place but in such a welcomed way. You walk through the gate and past the courtyard is this beautiful old house from 1885. It has served many different purposes over the years and now operates as a tea room for high tea. The decor is elegant but kitsch with white wrought iron fencing and giant bow-clad teapots. We sat on the terrace outside in the sun and had our high tea which was a great selection of all the favourite. Their little sandwiches, pastries and cakes were each a mouthful of tastyness and they have an extensive range of teas which they continuously fill up for you. The service was great, as was the whole experience. What a gorgeous place!
A beautiful heritage home in mosman that is open to the public. The gardens around the area were opened in 1997 to become a local park where everyone can enjoy a seat under the trees to enjoy the manicured gardens and serenity right next to mosman's military road. The venue hosts events and parties and is located next to the shops.
