Compassionate, caring & professional. I had to make a very difficult decision & have my dog put to sleep. From the phone call to make the appointment, to the procedure on the day, everyone l spoke with was very supportive & caring. Scott was great & explained everything & gave me the time l needed. Couldn't recommend Boronia Vet high enough!

Really happy with this clinic. I see a different vet most times, which is fine. I do have my favourites though. Always easy to get appointments which is really helpful, although sometimes there's a longish wait. One of my dogs doesn't love new people and gets very anxious - they always understand and accommodate his needs.

I've been feeding a magpie and his partner for over 1 year and recently they have 4 babies. Everyday the whole family came for a feed then flew off happily. They're like family to me!

Last Sunday evening the magpie dad came to me with a broken right wing. As advised by RSPCA I took him to Boronia Vet Clinic because they also handle injured wild life. The staff took him inside to be examined by the vet and came out saying,"Luckily he didn't break his left wing." It sounded like there was hope. Staff asked me to leave my contact detail so staff could call me on the next day to pick him up.

Next day I was waiting anxiously for the whole morning, but no call. So I called them around 2pm only to find out they have put him down without notifying me. I was traumatised and very angry.

Every morning and evening I have to bear pain of hearing his partner and babies calling him, not knowing he is coming home.

The last sentence is "not knowing he is NOT coming him".

when my cat needed to see the vet, i couldn't afford the fee immediately. They allowed me to sign up to a payment plan, and as long as you pay at least once a fortnight there's no issue.
The vet we saw was very honest, caring, and professional. Highly recommended
