I will NO longer buy any Bostik products. I purchased a can of Expander Foam from Bunnings recently. The foam would not dispence like it is supposed to, in fact it leaked from around the outside of the valve, between the valve and can. When I took it back to Bunnings they would NOT replace it as I did not have my receipt. So I then rang Bostik in Victoria and spoke with the staff who were NOT at all interested in helping, all they wanted to know were which batch number the can was from. How am I supposed to know that when nothing is printed on the can. I tried again to ask for a replacement can (did NOT want a cash refund) BUT they were NOT interested in helping me, they just kept telling me to return it to Bunnings. Well it is quite obvious they do NOT stand behind there products and are NOT interested in helping any one with a faulty product.
