My mother brought (or tried to buy) natural pest control products in October 2012. The items were advertised as shipping within 3 days. After a month and several phone calls and emails to Botanical Home we have still had no response.
Unscrupulous charlatan. Only buy if you want to throw away money.
The website of Botanical Homes crashed when we tried to pay for our online order on 26 Dec 2011. The management emailed us in Feb 2012 & asked us to transfer them the funds & offered a free gift of our choice as an apology for the long delay. Despite several emails & phone calls, we did not receive our goods. When I called the management on 7 Mar, they admitted they did not post us the goods but offered no explanation. It remains unclear if they will fulfill their obligations or refund our money. Her website promises delivery within 3 business days but this has not eventuated. We just want to try these environmental products.
