I've previously given Botham's an excellent review but not this time. As they'd done an excellent job in the past I recently used them again for another part of my back fence. I signed a quote, and paid for, a colorbond fence with a sleeper base to match the rest of my back fencing. When I was at work they installed the fence without the sleeper base, with gaps underneath, so now this part of the fence isn't the same height as the rest. We agreed for them to retro-fit a sleeper base but I said to install it under the fence by digging under the fence and so that it didn't look like a patch job. They just added a sleeper base on the side of the fence base - on the side of the fence seen from my house rather than the bushy garden behind. So it looks like a patch job. To add insult to injury, when I got home at night in the midst of a storm we had no hot water.
