Went there to get medicine late hours of night. medicine cost me 39 dollars and same medicine would cost me 19 dollars from chemist warehouse. A liitle bit of difference is acceptable for late working hours and also its a small pharmacy but more then double the price is unacceptable. I am not going there ever again. customer service is good though but so is at cheaper pharmacies.
Great Pharmacy, great service and friendly staff. Popped in on my way home late Sunday night and was greeted warmly by the assistant as soon as I walked in, she was very helpful and confirmed all directions by the pharmacist. I was very confident in taking the medication and the advice they gave.
They advertise that they do medical certificates, I called to see if they would be able to do one for me and I was assured that they could on arrival I was told otherwise and had wasted my time traveling and money.
Save yourself the hassle and go and see your gp.
Bad service and nobody seemed to know what they were doing.
My advice don't offer a service you can't provide.
Very unhappy
There is certain criteria's they have to follow to be able to get a certificate maybe that was the problem. They have always been happy to write me a certificate when needed.
Medical certificates are only available on the day required only, they cannot write one for the day before. I've not had a problem other than being caught out by this myself, i was too sick with a Migraine to drive and went the day after. I wasnt able to get a cert.
Botts Pharmacy is highly recommended!
Arriving at closing time of 11pm, with doors being locked, I was welcomed in by the pharmacist, and was able to provide a outstanding service to me and my daughter.
Upon closing Time I was certain I would have been rushed back out the door with no questions answered but this was not the case, not only did the provide outstanding service, they also gave me medical advice, recommendations, made sure of age, medication or breast feeding etc was all above board. I did not feel rushed, and felt the service they provided to me should be honoured, and let them know that the service they gave was outstanding, Thank you Mr botts! I am one happy customer, now with a happy 5 year old daughter :)
Botts Pharmacy is a fully accredited compounding pharmacy where you can get your compounding scripts filled and ask for compounding solutions. It is Open 8 am to 11 pm. All days of the year including weekends and public holidays. Ample and convenient parking space with convenience of location.
