Sarah is great but when you get her just finished apprentice Fiona the quality and service changes.
My bleach was left to long and damaged my hair. Didn't offer free treatment to fix her mistake. Explained my hair needs a moisture shampoo as its gotton flyaway no help or offering a solution.
Nothing worse than a hairdresser who thinks she knows everything and can't say sorry.
Went to another salon who uses better products and guess what.?.
My hair is back to normal no frizz no dryness.

Most horrible hair dye job here ever. I have stains all at the edge of my face/ hair line from the tint. I can't believe a professional hairdresser would let me walk out of her salon looking like that. I could have got a better result minus the stains from a box. Never again.

I had the best haircut and treatment today ever! Sarah knew I was in a hurry and worked quickly and did an awesome job. Her intimate and beautifully appointed salon played groovy tunes and I was finished way before time. Thank you Boucle!

I'm thrilled to have found Boucle within walking distance of my home. Not only is Sarah the best cutter I've had in 20 years (I have short, fine hair) there's no pretension, no waiting around endlessly, and no dramas. Previously I went to a big name salon in Paddington with nightmare parking and outrageous prices but at Boucle I'm happier with the cut and colour and I pay about half the "Oxford St" cost!

Located amongst a small group of boutique shops on Bellevue Road its super peaceful.

Sarah who owns and runs the salon is why I continue to go back. She cares about your hair and isnt just churning through clients. Nor does she try and sell you all the latest and greatest must have hair products. My hair gets healthier and healthier with every visit. Unlike other hairdressers Boucle can always fit me in they dont have 1000s of clients, meaning that they are booked out from here until Christmas. They are also very flexible happy to open early or stay open a bit later to get the job done. They are also very reasonably priced, especially given their location.

I love going to Boucle whether it be for the full service (cut, colour, blow-dry) or just for a blow-dry and a treatment on a Saturday morning. Its the most relaxing time of my week.
