Bounce Squash & Fitness Centre

Now called Training Day- gym is geared toward martial arts and functional fitness ( hate using buzzwords like crossfit ) enjoyed my visit and looking forward to joining up once they finish the transition.

Just joined this gym and I so do not regret it~! This gym is value for money, and the staff are just so friendly. :) As a University student, I can not afford to go to the big gyms ($200 just to join?? I do not think so!), but this one is perfect, budget friendly.

Bounce is awesome! They are all so nice in there and you get amazing value for money, all the staff there are personal trainers so you can ask them questions, and included in your membership is a program, you dont have to pay extra for it like so many other places and the personal training is really great and really affordable. I LOVE IT!!!!! I've been to other gyms and you need to pay for everything extra and I love that they're a small business and not another massive American chain. They're GREAT!!
