I rang up today.
was the rudest medical staff I have ever come across.
All I asked was whether they were taking new patients. When said no I wanted to know whether there was an exception. they didnt even let me finish, before interrupting me with their tone. . We just moved here and needs a doctir for inbetween hospital appointments.
This matter will be taken further.
