John was very unprofessional and non committing. A simple refund ended up a stressful event. Definitely not recommended.

I found some of the employees at Bourjon to be good however others left us feeling very disappointed in our overall experience. We were overcharged approximately $1500 and disputed this amount via Building Advice and Conciliation Victoria. In addition, the plumbing Certificate of Compliance took months to be issued, despite my repeated requests for it.
