I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I got from tayla today. I've been coming to boutique hair and beauty for about a year and have never had an issue. I asked for a full head of foils and was coming from a copper colour and wanted to go blonde, however it came out looking grey and brown when tayla asked me how I liked the colour I said I didn't like it and it looked grey and then she tried to convince me that it looked nice. Obviously, being quite upset I said no it looks horrible to when she proceeded to be the rudest person I've ever met! Saying to wash about the toner and I can have yellow hair. I asked her to stop being so rude and she said that 'if I wanted to ark up she wasn't gown to just sit there'. I'm sorry, but if I'm not happy with having grey hair I expect you to fix it! Lovely staff so very polite, clean facility when inhave hait extensions i come in maybe once a week and get a wash and blow dry! Would recommend to anyone!
