Bowen is a holistic technique that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body. A Bowen treatment consists of sequences of small moves, each at a specific site on the body. The gentle moves made by the practitioner cause your body to self repair.

Bowen is extremely gentle and appropriate for all ages, it is conducted over light clothing and can be performed seated if required.
